All detailed enquiries about your dental needs with all relevant accompanying materials go through our website contact form. For the purposes of providing you with the most accurate cost quotation, alongside with the short description of your dental condition and accompanying diagnostic photos – providing a panoramic an x-ray scan is recommended.
Once we gather all relevant information about your specific needs, we will consult our dentists about the required treatment options and cost quotation. Within 48 hours upon receiving your request, the administrator shall provide you with a detailed quotation, explaining the phases of treatment plan, required number of visits etc. However, the treatment plan will be finalized after an on-site check-up and consultation with our dentist, though it rarely differs from the online diagnosis. Any further amendments and additions to the proposed plan are to be made in consultation with our dentist.
Contract
Following the free consultation about your dental needs, we will provide you with a host of services to choose from regarding your stay in Macedonia (accommodation booking, sightseeing tours scheduling, wine tasting, fitness and spa training or other activities). It’s important to note that the dental treatment will always take precedence.
Once we receive your final request, we will send you an electronic contract with a detailed list of agreed upon services. This is a necessary step in establishing mutual trust and expectations.
We do not require you to make any advance payments.
Arrival in Skopje
The airline company Wizz-Air has direct flights from Luton Airport in London to Skopje which takes approximately three hours. There are other flight options in nearby cities like Ohrid, Pristina, Sofia, Thessaloniki or Belgrade. Our coordinator will meet you at the Skopje airport, and transfer you to your accommodation.
Depending on the landing time, you will meet your dentist who will perform a final diagnostic check and finalize the treatment plan. At this point, you are required to fill in a ‘first entry survey’, sign a statement of consent and pay 20% of the contract value.
We will also provide you with offers on how to get the most out of your visit in warm and sunny Macedonia.
Realization of dental treatment and Excursions
After the treatment plan is finalized with your dentist, it will proceed as planned. The coordinator will be by your side during your visits at the dental practice and help you organize your free time.
For an additional fee, we will provide you with excursion offers tailored to your needs and preferences ranging from but not limited to countryside trips, wine tasting, historical and cultural sightseeing tours, fitness and spa visits etc.
Arrangements can be done as per your wishes and will satisfy all your tourism needs, whether it be following the ancient wine routes with the best in drinking and dining; or going on an adventure trip with some of our experienced guides. We will prepare the best package suited for you.
Follow up and departure
Your dentist might want to do an extra monitoring to ensure quality service, for which you will be informed in advance. The payment for the service will be effected at the end of your treatment – in cash or by card, in £ / € / MKD. If your dental treatment requires more than one visit to the country, at the end of your stay, we will provide you with a quotation for your next visit. The coordinator will stay in contact with you, to make certain of your long-term satisfaction with the treatment and ask you for feedback for our own evaluation purposes.
